Architectural engineering is the application of technology and engineering principles to building design and construction. It is also known as building engineering. The person doing architectural engineering is known as architectural engineer, who is specialized in all the technical aspects of architecture, such as resilience of buildings, structural integrity, and the comfort of those who occupy buildings. Architectural engineers work with different other architects and engineers for the designing and construction of buildings. An architect engineer has the knowledge of building system coupled with fundamental principles of engineering. They have idea of using design integrated building systems and are well-versed with new and emerging technologies. Best private universities in India are offering engineering degrees.

Become an Architectural engineer:

  1. Research duties: An architectural engineer closely works with the architects in building construction. Following state regulations and the distance between an exit door are some of the details that architectural engineer attends to.

  1. Get a bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in engineering field is required, which may include sequences in math and physics. Apart from this, the knowledge of calculus and analytic geometry is required. The curriculum of architectural engineering also includes courses from different departments such as mechanical and civil. Complete degree from Chhattisgarh engineering college for success.

  1. Licensing requirements: Once you are a graduate, you need to obtain a license to become a professional engineer. Students should pass certain examinations administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). And, if a student has completed graduation, and taken joint degree in architectural engineering and architecture, he/she is eligible to seek license.
